OUR ORIGIN
The origin of CG Automatización has its beginnings in October 2009, when Eng. Bibiana A. Garcia and Eng. Christian Gonzalez started the family business of manufacturing industrial equipment focused on the automation of industrial processes. Since then, we have worked on the development of innovation and technological knowledge, aligning structural and organizational planning.
2011 - 2012
In 2011, Christian González developed his first transfer systems for transnational companies such as Zobele de México, Grupo Bimbo and Avent Medical in the state of Sonora, Mexico.
At that time CG Automatización was born in Hermosillo. For us it is very important to offer a platform where new talents can be found and developed, so since 2011, we have identified and developed talents by linking with local engineering universities.
2013 - 2014
For January 2013, CG automatización SA de CV has an outstanding state presence, with an office and manufacturing workshop in the Sonoran capital. This year will reach a turnover figure that could be around $ 800 thousand dollars per year.
In this year it stood out for the acquisition of CNC manufacturing equipment, measuring equipment, manual machining machinery; giving the beginning of machining manufacturing internally, manufacturing 50% of the parts.
2015 - 2016
In June 2015, CG Automatización is certified in ISO 9001, developing operations processes, both administrative and productive, committing us in a world-class company.
CG Automatización, specialized in the development of automation solutions in assembly, packaging and functional testing, thus beginning an important consolidation step in northwestern Mexico by achieving important orders for values greater than $ 300 thousand dollars in a single autonomous automation equipment of important technology and innovation applications.
For the same reason, it invests in CNC manufacturing equipment with a value of $ 320 thousand dollars, giving more autonomy and optimization of time to our manufacturing processes.
In August 2016, we acquired omron distribution.
2017 - 2018
For 2017 CG Automatización S.A. de C.V., recently started with the strategy of cost reduction in components and control equipment with the acquisition of new business, the distribution of brands of control components, safety, PLC controllers, HMI controllers, Movement and robotics, in this way it has captured better knowledge, skills, direct support of the brands, and start of sales of relationship with the CG Components business unit; increasing our annual sales by 20%.
At that time the certification in quality management system ISO 9001:2008 was achieved. In September 2017, we became certified as OMRON Systems Integrator.
2019 - 2020
In 2019, the team of collaborators exceeded 40 people, with an increase in sales to two million dollars per year and a vision of strategic growth focused on the development of human capital and organizational structure; implementing improvements in internal processes focused on our employees and client, fostering an agile, inclusive and innovative organizational culture. The implementation of the ERP System to manage the processes automatically helped to have better control of costs, sales and CRM.
CG Automatización was strengthened giving way to the construction of the advanced manufacturing plant one of the largest in Mexico, a plant with state-of-the-art facilities to be able to offer our employees a better place to work and our customers an experience of Technology and innovation giving certainty of the scope of automation of the highest quality and international technologies, it was the most important step for the consolidation orders and implementations of fully autonomous automation equipment and systems of more than $ 500 thousand dollars in a single automation equipment where the most avant-garde technology and innovation were applied.
2021-2022
Currently at CG Automatización, the culture of innovation has embraced cutting-edge automation solutions, which stem from the ideas, experience, and knowledge of all development teams. For CG Automatización, training, creativity, and curiosity are essential conditions for future success. Our goal is to always offer our clients the best and most effective solutions.

CG Automatización continues to develop hundreds of equipment and systems, as well as components, annually. The result: we currently have annual sales of $3.5 million with over 60 collaborators, making us the most important Mexican capital automation company in Mexico and North America.
2023-2024
CG Automatización has experienced a notable development period during 2023 and 2024, marked by significant advances in technology, market expansion, and strengthening its position in the automation industry.

New Strategic Alliances:CG Automatización established partnerships with SMC Pneumatics, leaders in technology and manufacturing of pneumatic components, expanding its reach and capabilities.
Continuity in Innovation:
Intelligent Automation: Introduction of intelligent automation systems that self-adjust and continuously learn from operational data.
Launch of New Products: The launch of the CG Safety business unit, an innovative line of services dedicated to machinery safety. Aimed at ensuring maximum safety in industrial operations, CG Safety offers a wide range of specialized services, including machine safety training in accordance with NOM-004-STPS-2020 regulations, risk analysis, studies and implementations of lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, as well as remediation studies and execution of safety improvements. Through CG Safety, we reaffirm our commitment to creating safer and more efficient work environments for our clients.

Eng. Christian Gónzalez
Chief Executive officer and Chief Operating OfficerAs part of CG Automatización, CGA is a global company and leading manufacturer of technologically advanced industrial automation products and application expertise in Northwestern Mexico and southwestern United States.
Prior to CG Automatización, Christian spent 5 years in Mechatronics de Mexico, where he held positions of Mechanical Design Engineer, manufacturing leadership, project management and sales.
As a director, Christian is dedicated to fulfilling the company's strategy of bringing development and innovation to the manufacture of production, quality and packaging machines through automation, in order to facilitate and enrich the production operations of our customers.
Christian has held various positions in mechanical design, project manager and sales for the past 15 years in industrial automation.
His experience in the industrial market includes extensive experience in various CAD Mechanical Design technologies, PLC and HMI programming, industrial networking, project leader and project management.
Christian has a proven track record in selling innovative high-tech products, building high-performance teams and strategic planning.
Christian holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the Technological Institute of Mexico, Hermosillo Campus and a diploma in Senior Management of AD companies from the Universidad Panamericana de Alta Dirección de Empresas IPADE, certification in design thinking methodology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as certified in PMP project management and financial administration from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, and brings a wealth of industry experience working on regional and global programs.
Bibiana Garcia
Administrative ManagerBibiana oversees all aspects of the business (CG Assembly, CG Components and CG Precision), including Business Administration, Human Resources and Finance.
Prior to CG Automatización, Bibiana spent 3 years at Ripipsa, where she held the position of administrator, sales, and customer service.
Bibiana highly values the development of talent. The greatest responsibility we have as leaders is to make sure that we develop our employees and give them every opportunity to go beyond their potential.
Bibiana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering from universidad del Valle de México. He also completed his training in management development by the ICAMI Center for training and management improvement, Training and management development by FORJA executive development, Leaders of Leaders and Financial Administration by the Technological Institute and Higher Studies of Monterrey.
Mauro Lopez
CG ComponentsManager
As manager of the business unit in sale and marketing of components of prestigious brands used in industrial automation. Mauro brings more than 15 years of experience in the market of marketing automation components.
Before joining CG Automatización, Mauro spent 5 years at smc pneumatics mexico, where he held the position of sales engineer, and B2B customer service.
Mauro's automation CG leadership and industry expertise include strategic decision-making and innovative problem solving in quality application engineering, production traceability and production.
Mauro obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering at the Technological Institute of Hermosillo.
Héctor Quihui
CG Assembly Project ManagerPassionate about innovation, efficiency and technology in industrial automation, Héctor Quihui develops project proposals and applications for our clients. Developing automated system concepts for all needs.
Aarón Domínguez
CG Assembly Project ManagerAs a project manager, Aarón is responsible for leading a team of highly skilled leaders to create and execute assembly automation, quality and packaging equipment manufacturing, aimed at increasing CG Automatización brand and profitability across the United States.
Prior to this role, Aarón was a mechanical designer engineer at CGA for three years, a position in which he successfully contributed to increasing sales through the manufacture and implementation of CG Automatización equipment.
Aarón has worked at CGA since 2016 and has held various leadership roles within the organization, primarily focused on developing automation solutions.
He has a degree in mechatronics engineering from the University of Sonora, training in PMP Project Management and Leaders of Leaders from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.
Génesis Benítez
Project Manager CG SafetyGénesis is a certified Functional Safety Engineer (FSE - 24395 / 22) by TÜV Rheinland. She is responsible for coordinating and directing safety projects, which encompass everything from initial risk assessment to the implementation of solutions and ongoing compliance monitoring.
She possesses in-depth technical knowledge of safety regulations and standards, as well as technological trends and developments in machinery safety.
In addition to consulting, Génesis is responsible for delivering functional safety training for various sectors of the manufacturing industry. His goal is to support industrial development, ensuring compliance with national and international standards and regulations.
With 8 years of experience in automation and active participation in over 20 projects, Génesis has gained extensive knowledge in industrial machinery. This experience underpins his ability to ensure the effective implementation of safety measures and the sustainable success of industrial operations.
Her proactive approach allows to anticipate potential risks and design strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the safety of workers and the integrity of industrial assets.
Enrique Ibarra
CG Precision ManagerCG Precision, metal-mechanical engineering and machining business unit where you will find a solution for your processes.
Enrique is the leader of CG Precision for CG Automation, he has extensive experience in the areas of metal-mechanics and engineering machining, in which he has worked for more than 8 years.
He joined CG Automatización in 2019 after working at Global Integration Services as head of an automation and machining business unit.
His notoriety for motivating his team work and commitment to the client and the company are skills that have developed him in his position.
Enrique holds a bachelor's degree in mechatronic engineering science from the University of Sonora.
